Rubik's Cube

Rubik's cubes can be scrambled in a lot of different ways.
Around 43 quintillion. That 43 followed by eighteen zeroes.
Let's say you wanted to have a cube scrambled in each way possible.
Let's say you can scramble one every second, and you have 99 friends who can do the same.
So together you can scramble 100 cubes every second.
How long would it take you to scramble all 43 quintillion of them?
13.7 billion years.
Seem like a familiar number?
That's how long the universe has existed for.

that's a huge number of possibilities.... but the very fact that rubik's cube is amenable to a mathematical description makes it seem a whole lot less complex :D
